Crème brûlée!
Today is the first post so I think the time is right for a little celebration. What better way to celebrate than with a hearty custard beneath a crispy, caramelized crust?

Hmmm, perhaps with a cannoli. But, in the event a cannoli is unavailable, then definitely with crème brûlée.
